At TheNext2Shine we are passionate about discovering new artists to share with our readers, and we are always looking and listening out for emerging artists that bring their own authenticity, originality and talent to the music scene. Here in our 'Watch List Select' feature we provide for your listening pleasure a selection of artists that have caught our attention with their own unique musical offerings.

U.K. sensation Sam Smith's star continues its unstoppable ascent- a European Spring Tour; SXSW showcase performances; performing on Jimmy Fallon; a spread in GQ;  all this and more as Smith takes his phenomenal voice to the world. Following the recent release of 'Money On My Mind' from his upcoming 'In The Lonely Hour' album, Smith follows up with the second single, just debuted on Zane Lowe's BBC 1 show, 'Stay With Me', a spare piano, percussive pulse and swelling harmonies accompanying Smith as his beautifully emotive voice sings of his desire for someone special to stay close by.

Following the release of his BBC 1Xtra and Mista Jam-premiered 'Pray For Love', which quickly ran up nearly 100,000 plays on Soundcloud, the U.K. artist with the force-of-nature-vocals, Kwabs, has ventured into the BBC 1Xtra studios to give stunning live performance of the song, showcasing the rich magnificence of his captivating, sonorous voice.

As she eyes an appearance at this years Wireless Festival, U.K. singer Elli Ingram shows off her nonchalant self-assurance and the effortlessly jazzy hues of her ear-catchingly smooth vocals as she rides the hip-hop infused beat, fluid keys and swaggering horn swells of the Felix Joseph and Aston Rudi-produced 'Gangsta Blues', taken from her just released mini-LP 'The Doghouse'.

On the back of a series of popular remixes of his song 'All I Could Do'  by the likes of Naysayer & Gilsun, Black Vanilla and Alba and the Pitchfork premier of his track 'Hologram', 23-year-old Australian Oscar Key Sung's gently beautiful voice and the shimmering, shifting pulse of his electro/r'nb' soundscapes has been gathering an ever increasing fanbase, and, with a tour of his homeland under way, he found time to stop by the Rockstone Sessions to give a poignantly stripped back version of 'All I Could Do'.

We recently featured the up-and-coming Los Angeles-based singer Tommi Williams as she looks to make the transition from precociously talented child phenom into a mature artist in her own right, and she has again stepped into the Captiol Records studios to record the touchingly heartfelt 'The Reason', Willams sensitive, emotionally expressive and beautifully smooth vocal tone singing of finding the patience required to let love blossom.
