Watch List: A R I Z O N A Will Make You Feel Good
Let us introduce you to A R I Z O N A, the Jersey trio trying to bring new sensations felt through their music and their message. The roots of A R I Z O N A began in an apartment while the three members were attending college at Berklee College of Music and Emerson College. Finally teaming up with Atlantic Records, the group will see a new album sometime within the next year.
The latest from the group comes in the form of a music video for their track "Oceans Away." In a statement on the visual the band said:
"We had the unforgettable experience of seeing our beautiful country while shooting the music video. We traveled across the mountains, valleys, deserts, and wonders of southwest America to bring you something that we are very proud of. Just as the visual takes you through our journey, the song reflects the journeys we go through in life and being oceans away from the people you love. We hope you enjoy it and we can't wait to share more music with you soon!"
Sonically the piece of art is something that is both upbeat and heartfelt. The instrumentation is light and slightly bass driven and the vocals tell the tale of missing a certain someone -- an idea we can all connect to. Nate (Guitar), Zach (Vocals) and David (Keys) have formulated a sound that sounds original and expresses human nature in a real way. "Oceans Away" follows previous smash singles such as “Where I Wanna Be,” “People Crying Every Night," and "I Was Wrong," which each individually give us a glimpse into the beauty that comes out of the 3 members putting their heads together.
A R I Z O N A will be joining Kevin Garrett on his False Hope Tour this upcoming February. If you live in North America try your best to catch this blossoming act!
We love these guys! What do you think?
