CJ Hilton, one of the first artists featured during the launch of BET's Music Matters campaign, has released his buzz record "Cold Summer" which plays off of Miguel's "All I Want Is You". CJ Hilton, a Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter and musician, is slated to release his debut album Cold Summer this fall on RCA Records.
