Meg Myers Reveals 'Motel' From Upcoming Album 'Sorry'
In case you didn't hear, recording artist Meg Myers has released new track Motel via Soundcloud from her critically acclaimed debut album Sorry, which premiered via SPIN as “the ambling, hushed new track”.
Sorry has already begun to draw advance reputation leading up to its debut, with ELLE hailing its “battering guitars, shrieking, sinful vocals, and a fiery woman taking names and extinguishing her insecurities".
Acclaimed as a provocative and dynamic live act, Myers spent time on the road headlining and supporting such artists including Royal Blood, Broods, and The Pixies. With a potential glimpse of the stage aroma acquired throughout her experiences, fans and critics alike are eager for Myers’ tour to begin. Myers has also been known to steal the show at an array of top festivals. Rolling Stone praised Myers as one of the “Best Things We Saw At Lollapalooza”.
As Meg Myers gains distinction quickly throughout her headlined gigs and appearances, anticipation builds for start of Myers’ 32-date tour. The kick off of this nationwide run will start on September 25th in Fresno, CA, with the grand finale on November 17th at the historic El Ray Theatre in Myers’ own Los Angeles, CA.
