Marcus King Showcases His Phenomenal Talent With 'Dyin'

When Marcus King begins to play guitar and sing, it only takes seconds to realize that you are witnessing the expression of a truly phenomenal musical gift. Nurtured by his father's influence, and further honed by playing countless clubs, King's talent radiates such staggering virtuosity that you can take your pick as to whether you are left awe-struck, breath-taken or mind-blown - of course, all three at once is an option as well. Drawing inspiration from the blues and soul greats, King - along with his five-piece band - have been causing quite a stir in recent years. With the blues/jam/rock/funk vibes of their psychedelic Southern Rock sound having taken them around the country as they have built their reputation, the band have opened for the likes of Foo Fighters, Johnny Winter and Gov’t Mule.
