Jordan Bratton Releases Debut "Youth" EP
By now you must have heard of Jordan Bratton. The young artist didn’t have music as a career on his mind. In fact, he resisted it. Good thing the universe had a different plan and put him in front of Peter Schwartz (A$AP Ferg) and eventually RCA Records. Basically, he got a record deal without trying… every artist’s dream, right? Jordan’s music was the main component; listening to a Jordan Bratton track is like getting everything you need from a contemporary R&B/Pop track: hard-hitting beats, harmonies, youthful lyrics, clever rap collaborations, and a vibe that leaves you wanting more.
Since his debut single "Danger" featuring Fabolous, Jordan set the tone for a momentum that just won't stop and has kept busy opening up for labelmate and fellow undeniable talent, Jazmine Sullivan. The NYC-native sparked a following with his first body of work, The Grey Area displaying his multiple talents and organic sound. Now more ready than ever, Jordan is releasing his debut EP, Youth. He has already released “Prisoner” with Chance The Rapper and follows up with a release of “Bound” - a dance-inspired, drum-heavy song about finding love. The third track "Victoria" is a clap-centric song with a vibrant rhythm; coupled with Jordan's energetic performance of the song, it has already become a fan favorite. Youth is set for release on May 12 and will be available on iTunes.
